Making sense of this process can be hard, but with some help from an experienced mortgage broker it doesn’t have to be so intimidating.

In this chat I will walk you through all the steps you need to take, in order, to buy your first house, including how much money you’ll need for a down payment, what kind of loan programs are available and how much they cost, as well as tips on getting approved for a loan before looking at homes (which makes it easier for real estate agents because they know that you’re serious).
