Hey there, future real estate rockstar! You’re about to dive into the fun-filled fiesta of selling homes with us, either as a Sales Superstar or a Broker Boss. Here’s the nitty-gritty of our deal:

Lone Wolf Status: You’re our independent lone ranger, not a cubicle dweller. You handle your bills like a boss (think cell phone, fancy pens, coffee for those early mornings). We’re here for moral support, but when it comes to expenses, it’s all on you, buddy!

Tax Time Tango: As an independent contractor, you’re the dance master of your tax tango. We don’t mess with your money – that’s your jam. Remember to stash some cash for Uncle Sam!

License to Sell: Keep that license shiny and legal! Follow the rules, or it’s no deal. You’re a professional – act like it, even if you’re selling homes in your pajamas.

Show Me the Money: You sell, you earn. We pay. Simple. But remember, we get our cut first (we like our piece of the pie too). And about those plans:

Silver Plan ($35/month): We take $250 per deal and a $40 “oops” insurance.
Gold Plan ($75/month): Same deal, but we only grab the $250 on your first sale of the month. We still fancy that $40 each time, though.
Pay Up, Buttercup: Got fees? Pay ‘em. Change plans? Tell us. Leave us? Silver plan rules apply.

Whoops Insurance: Mistakes happen. If you goof up, you’re on the hook for the first $5,000. Yikes!

Playing Both Sides: Selling your own stuff? That’s cool, but it’ll cost you a bit extra. No double-dipping on insurance, though.

The ‘You Break It, You Buy It’ Clause: If you make a mess, you clean it up. Don’t drag us into your drama.

Take Your Listings with You: If you leave, your listings can tag along. Just settle your tab first.

What’s a Transaction? It’s when money changes hands because of something you did. We keep an eye on that.

The Breakup: We can call it quits anytime, but let’s keep it civilized.

Mediator-in-Chief: Got beef with another agent? Our head honcho will sort it out.

Keep Us in the Loop: Changed your number? Moved? Let us know. We can’t help you if we can’t find you.

Smile, You’re on Camera: We might use your lovely face for our ads. Don’t want that? Just say so.

No Spammy Sammy: Don’t bug people on the Do Not Call list. Seriously, don’t.

Paperwork or Pay Up: Get your docs in on time or cough up $100.

No Building Empires: Stick to selling; leave the building to others.
