Amy McBrair

Raised on a serene, spring-fed lake in Northwestern New Jersey, my early love of
nature and the grit instilled in my upbringing led me to Colorado, where I found both
personal and professional fulfillment. My lending career began at SWBC Mortgage in
Boulder, where I advanced quickly and developed deep expertise in the Jumbo loan
market. I later provided in-house lending for milehimodern’s luxury clients, then joined
Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp. A former Division 1 athlete and kindergarten
teacher, I bring perseverance, focus, and boundless energy to every client relationship. I
hold degrees in Business Retailing (University of South Carolina) and Teaching (Pacific
University), and spend weekends adventuring in the mountains with my husband, three
kids, and two energetic Labradoodles.
